I just told a bunch of folks about Wickie Pipes today! I told them to look up Wickie Pipes and go to Kashit Cool and buy it from Wickie pipes. My friend loves the Sublimator with a Kashit Cool on mouthpiece . Pretty insane man. He also likes the i420 Incredibowl with the water bowl attchhment on front and the Kashit Cool on end of Incredibowl i420. Give it a try. I am 100 % happy with Wickie pipes/ Yeah Jay

had a bit of a hiccup regarding my pipe taking so long in order for the colour but it wasnt until a month or so after i brought it i realised it was the wrong colour and was quite gutted, other than that great service from staff :)

Was sent a wrong part for my order behalf of manufacturer (not WickiePipes). And, after being a total spaz, they still were very nice and made sure my order was made right

The cover over the bowl has broken and continues to fall off almost immediately upon use. I have purchased 3 and all three have done it

I'll give 5 stars because of the great prices, products, and overall design. Although there seems to be some issues getting packages together and shipped on time. Not bad enough to make me not shop here again, but I just hope that aspect improves. Overall, 5 stars. It's a great place to buy new gear.

I love the Wickie pipe. Everytime I pull it out I get complements from others. I love the convenience and the quick toke I can take in a tight spot. I can take a drag close the lid and it's back in my pocket before anyone can see it. I bought several as gifts for members of my family and they all love it too. I had a problem with one of the pipes and it was resolved by the staff. They have great customer services.

I would appreciate a wider variety of shipping methods, international USPS service is very unreliable, untraceable after crossing the border, slow and expensive.

I LOVE the concept of this pipe! However, the ignition Spark became faulty within only 6 months. I've tried for a replacement, but have had no follow up from the company. Markus

My original pipe lighter has been repaired in your facility twice since I bought it. YOUR STAFF (Mike) IS ALWAYS GRACIOUS AND HELPFUL. However, since it came back to me after said repairs, the lighter always takes 3 clicks to ignite, although at least it works. I love the design and functionality of the unit, WHEN IT IS WORKING PROPERLY.
