I have used it for a week. So far haven't had to clean the barrel, just the tip. Like the wood on it because it doesn't get hot. What happens if it breaks,(as in the threads on the mouthpiece gets stripped)? Is there a warrenty?

Emailed a while back about my Wickie Pipe Lighter Original no longer lighting (would no longer press down and click) but never heard a response so I ordered a new one. It seems to be working but I'm still a little bitter that the first one died.

Your customer service people are really great but I am disappointed with the overall experience. I created an account and ordered a product last week, early in the week, hoping to receive the items before departing for some travel happening this Thursday. I paid some decent coin for USPS priority mail, confident the in-stock item would arrive on time. And I was getting pretty psyched for it. I got no email feedback and could not log into the site. I talked to your support folks and they indicated the order was fine and I would receive the items by this Wednesday. I was psyched. I checked your web site today after I got this message to provide feedback. I was able to log into the site and check order status so the login problem I was experiencing last week was fixed. Cool. The big bummer with this order is that it looks like instead of USPS priority mail which I paid for, the package was sent FedEx ground and I wont be getting it until two days after I depart. Big bummer ad O wanted to bring the items with me.

I had to pay to ship a defective item back to be exchanged. Most companies pay for that.

I'm saying 5 stars because you fixed it for free but have not received the pipe back in the mail yet I'm appreciative of you repairing it fir free. This is an awesome configure and you should market it to persons with disabilities. From now on this is the only pipe I will get for my husband to use. Again get thank you

The Wickie Pipe Lighter Original is a great idea. I LOVE the pipe with the lid and the idea of an attached lighter. However, the lighter is a huge problem. It is extremely finicky - sometimes it only lights after five tries. It would be good if you could improve the lighter!

Mike helped me out tremendously in getting me out of my dilemma...however, I still find it very hard to draw from the stowvape. Maybe it's me....maybe oil is best with it.

This bowl is much easier to see and light, it works like a champ. However, I wish it came in a just a little....... larger size. This size is perfect for one person but if smoking with a friend will most likely have to be cleaned and refilled.

I couldn't love my Journey pipe more! I have had it for three years and decided to buy another just in case. Unfortunately, when I received it, it was larger and didn't seem as well-made. I am a single woman who does not want nor need a larger pipe. I also wanted to get another color besides silver but it wasn't available in the new, larger size. I just hope my Journey pipe never gets lost or unusable because now I don't know where I could go to find another like it. Would you consider bringing it back in all the colors? Elizabeth Perkins
