the products are great. the ordering of the products is difficult. when I put one item in the shopping cart, two items are there and it is difficult to edit back to one item. I think it is a trick to get the customer to buy more.

despite some initial problems, I like the direction you are headed. Just one suggestion. When an item is listed as out of stock a return to stock date should be listed.

I was excited to see that my order was upgraded to the newer version of the Incredibowl I ordered. However, one of the items I ordered was not the color I ordered. There was a duplicate of the same item included in a color matching my Incredibowl. So while not the color I wanted, I'll just count that as a mishap. Order processing was also extremely slow. It took a week for this to be shipped from the day I ordered it. Maybe this was due to waiting for the upgraded Incredibowl to ship? If that's the case, it would be fine, but a note stating this would have been appreciated. Great product, acceptable but not stellar order processing.

Had a problem with my wickie pipe igniter. Called customer service and talked to Mike and he said no problem send it in . Received my wickie within 10days repaired at no cost. Can't beat that for customer support. Also any time I called I received a prompt reply from Mike by phone and he always rectified any problem I had. Great job wickie customer support team

My package was first lost but they took care of it in a easy and timely fashion. Will be a long time customer.
