Well made, does the job well. Fits nicely under the Gaggia Classic Pro

A good, consistent grind and easily modified to a step less adjustment, this is a great grinder and built well. It does tend to be a little clumpy in the PNW climate and I wish is retained a little fewer grounds but for the price and build its great!!

I purchased this machine from Whole Latte Love 6 months ago, and have been REALLY happy with it since. I briefly owned a Jura Impressa prior to this, and the Delonghi has done a much better job, in my opinion. One issue with a lot of the superautomatics is that cleaning the milk system can be a lengthy, daily chore. With the Perfecta, you can keep the milk in the jug for at least a week, and throw the parts in the dishwasher when needed. There is no daily maintenance, besides filling the water reservoir and emptying the grounds. But besides that, the coffee is outstanding! Espresso, latte, or even just steamed milk for hot cocoa. I am so happy I did the research and found this one here. HIGHLY recommended!!

I like to switch it up and try other regular espressos but I like this decaf espresso so much that I wouldn't dream of it. I have to say that I like as much, and in some cases more, than I like regular espressos. It is smooth and full bodied and just delicious.

We didn't realize this coffee had "fruity" notes before we bought it and I'm so glad for that, because we wouldn't have tried it. I always thought we were chocolaty, nutty note coffee drinkers, but this coffee is so good! I could make this my everyday coffee if I didn't want to try everything else available! Lavazza coffees never fail to satisfy!

First it is beautiful and impressive to just look at. It's obviously very well designed and made. It is surprisingly easy to use and make wonderful espresso..

I'll start by saying I never write reviews, but this machine and Whole Latte Love are both so amazing that I had to do it. I was looking for a one touch to replace my Keurig that died after almost 7 years. I wanted something that was one touch and made better tasting coffee. Was initially considering a more expensive machine because I had an opportunity to have a cup of coffee a local retailer and was in love with the coffee. However, I wasn't in love with the $1300 price tag. I started my research and stumbled upon Whole Latte Love. The videos were very helpful with comparing some of the other more expensive machines that I had seen locally. I was able to call before I ordered and spoke to Mike in CS and he was very helpful in answering my questions and based on my wants suggested that I look at the Gaggia Anima Class. I was so excited when my machine arrived yesterday. Set up was very easy and I was drinking my first espresso within 45 minutes of it being delivered. It is a little louder than my old machine but I know that the grinder is probably the reason. Since another reviewer said theirs was loud, I am going to see if it gets quieter over the next few days after it goes through a few more grind cycles and will reach out to tech support if needed. All in all I am very excited about this machine and even though they say the taste gets better with each brew cycle, the first few cups have been cafe quality....especially considering the taste of my old one cup machine. I'm in love and can't wait of my next dinner party so I can share the experience with our friends. Thank you so much for the great service and for suggesting this machine!

I'm about a week into using my new Classic Pro and I couldn't be happier. This machine takes everything I have loved about the Classic and takes it to the next level. The quality in the new Pro is a big step up from my old Classic and the level of sophistication in the new machine's construction is remarkable. All the old features that made the original Classic a winner like a quick start up and ease of use are still there along with some great new ones - most especially the new pro steaming wand. Those of use used to the old machine will be amazed at how quiet the Pro is - Gaggia's engineering team really did a great job taming noise and vibration .A recent review on Wirecutter put the Pro in second place behind the Breville Bambino Plus but that machine's inability mouse ESE pods was a deal-killer - plus it's $100 more

After going through two standard gaskets for my Gaggia Classic in under a year, I found this and decided to use it instead. I found mine to be a bit tight: I had to use some force to get the portafilter in, and it stops just shy of a right angle. This may be normal variance for this part (and you shouldn't discount there's some user error on my part getting it in), but I'm glad I changed to this. You should, too!

Makes great expresso but for the life of me i don't understand why they use a aluminum boiler, how much more would brass, copper or SS be? I'd certainly pay the extra!

Perfect for a barista beginner like myself. The espresso is lovely, a huge upgrade over the sludge my previous counter-top espresso appliances produced. Can't believe I went so long without a Gaggia. Extremely well-built. No one single regret after buying the Gaggia Classic Pro.

to figure out this basket but now I use it on a regular basis. I find it is an excellent choice for the more modern roast style which is light (no oil on the bean) where the shot has moderate crema, and usually the bright berry, winey flavor profile. Your grind is significantly finer than say a LM double basket (2+ notches on my mini-mazzer), you need to use a leveler and don't tamp. I'd say the shot is slightly more complex than a standard basket.

I looked around a lot before making this purchase to replace an old Jura. This is our 4th automatic/superautomatic espresso machine over 20 years. For the first time we have found that the machine delivers great cappuccino foam, espresso, and other drinks. There are a few things to learn about setting the drinks to your liking, but the display compared to the previou machines makes it so much easier...like moving from DOS to Windows. There are a couple of things to learn about cleaning the machine, but all easy to do once you've done them.

I Purchased the Duo and have to say I"am Very Satisfied with the Quality of Workmanship, Design, and Components. Nothing compares in its Class and $$ Range. Does it make A Good Espresso??..."Yeah I Guess So!" I couldn't have selected a Finer Machine. Bravo!!...My Complements to the Support Staff at Whole latte love...Taught me a lot! Service is Spectacular!

After spending decades going through cheapo espresso machines (cheapo = less than $350). Seven in all. They seemed to last somewhere between 1 year and 3 years. I had enough, I researched decent priced machines & chose this one. Love it! Bought from WLL about 4 years ago.

The process leading to our final purchase decision couldn’t have gone any faster or any smoother! Mary was extremely courteous, professional, and prompt. This is the first burr grinder I have purchased. I found it easy to make adjustments to get the grind I am looking for. It's also easy to take apart and clean. Could not have asked for more.

The Classic is exactly what I was hoping it would be...it makes very good cappuccinos without taking up a huge amount of kitchen space or costing a bundle. There is an initial learning curve...but Latte Love's videos are a huge help and customer service was great....but now making a wonderful coffee drink is part of my morning breakfast routine and feels effortless. I love it!
