Gaggia Classic
Love my new Gaggia Classic. Great machine for a novice barista not ready to pay a big price or sacrifice a lot of counter space just for espresso, but who still wanted a real machine. Traded out the panarello steam wand and I’m making great espressos and lattes too. Great machine!

Great Beans!
We loved this coffee. I'm logging in now to order more! Great latte and espresso, and the beans do not clog up the grinder

Love my Gaggia classic!
Have had the Gaggia classic for a couple months now. I must have ground my espresso too fine at first so it clogged the portafiler basket because it kept spraying espresso when I would run shots of espresso. I read the Gaggia manual for troubleshooting & soaked the basket in hot water, it fixed the problem & is working great now! It does a great job frothing milk (I bought the Gaggia latte art wand) & the espresso shots come out great.

My dear Sylvia
After 25 years my Silvia’s heating element went out. Just took it to William at Home Espresso Repair in Seattle. New element, new brew-head gasket and it works like new again! Buy this machine and Will will keep It running for a long time...

Incredible Machine
I was coming from a Breville and switching to double boiler was a huge jump but overall is worth it. With PID and a powerful steamer , all I can say is i am beyond thrilled !

A little clumpy, but very good grinder
This grinder is well-built and will last for a long time. It looks great too. I own this grinder for a year now and I have nothing to complain about.

Great Entry-Level Grinder
I recently purchased this grinder and am very happy with it so far. Dialing in was very easy from the beginning and gave some excellent espresso shots with my Gaggia classic. Available settings and design are great. I would definitely recommend it as an entry-level grinder!

No complaints
Works great for espresso. Adjusting the grind can be tricky but you can get what you want. If you want it for drip coffee you're going to do a lot of cranking.

Best mid level super automatic!
After 4 years using a Saeco Intelia Deluxe, its age began to create nuisance factors to the point it was time to say goodbye. We decided to go with the Gaggia Accademia, which was about $300 more than a comparable Saeco replacement. I liked that it had a separate steam wand and water dispenser, and had read that it had superior cleaning programs to the Saeco. Upon receiving the Gaggia, it was immediately clear that this is a far superior machine. The build quality is amazing--cast metal parts, built like an industrial appliance instead of a consumer unit. The user interface is much more advanced and thought out, while the functional, maintainable parts (brew unit, grinder, etc.) are similar to the Saeco machines so there was no learning curve. Once I set it up, it was immediately apparent that the milk frothing from the carafe is WAY better than the Saeco--thicker and fluffier, and also much quieter than the Saeco. The carafe system is AWESOME, it self cleans after every use so you NEVER have to take it apart and clean it manually. There's a regular deep clean program for the carafe that you can use every few weeks that also requires no disassembly and takes about 5 minutes. This was a major nuisance with the Saeco--the constant need to manually clean the milk carafe. The Gaggia system truly allows you to keep the filled carafe in the fridge for convenience. In fact, ALL of the automatic cleaning features of the Gaggia are a MAJOR advantage and truly make the unit a pleasure to own and use. It tells you when to decalc, when to clean the brew unit, and all of these operations are intuitive, reasonably quick and effortless, and keep the unit is great shape, making GREAT coffee, espresso, etc., which is really what it's about. The only thing I would improve is the waste reservoir--it's a bit small and thus needs to be emptied pretty much daily, but this is easy, takes about 30 seconds, and once you're in the habit of doing it it's no big deal. $1600-$1800 may seem like...

Very nice grinder
Bought this one for our vacation home. I'm usually use a Rocky Rancillo. I like the Capresso much better. The timer dial makes it easy to make just the right amount of coffee and the container accommodates both my La Pavoni and Aeropress. Simple, inexpensive and works great. (anyone interested in buying a used Rocky?)

Best Grinder in its price range
This Eureka Olympus Grinder is super fast, and accurate. There is no grinder that can compete in motor power, quality of grind in this price range.
