all arived in one piece although there is a tendancy of over packing so box's arive split.

My order arrived very quickly, the product is excellent.

Disappointed that the dried food was coated in seed oil, I disposed of the citrus peel as it contained glucose/fructose syrup and citric acid, both detrimental to your health. I will have to wash the oil off the dried fruit before use. The porridge oats don't have much flavour, the birds seem to like them.

Good quality products if a little bit more expensive. Delivery times are very slow. Customer service is non existent, you speak to them to request an alternative courier and they totally ignore you.

Nice products, but shipping is fulfilled by Amazon. Boycotts are uncomfortable, and make us work hard to find alternatives. But I can't square it with the fact that Amazon does not treat workers well.
