I got moong and it was just horrible

I have shopped with whole food earth for a considerable time, regularly ordering all my Wholefood staples and as advised bulk buying. On this occasion when opening a bag of flour I found a moth and pupae remnants inside. The use by date was 6 months later, but because I didn't inform the company within 14 days of receiving the order they made no recompense. When ordering in bulk I am not going to open sealed products just to check quality before I need to use them! Whilst I understand the need for terms and conditions flexibility in case by case situations should be provided. There was no recognition of me as a loyal customer, and the cost of refunding one bag of flour, would have minimal impact on this big company, but would ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and continued loyalty. As it is I will be using an alternative supplier going forward.
