The nuts did not taste fresh, and most of them had a strong smell similar to linseed. Most of the nuts were also soggy rather than crunchy, which made the quality even more disappointing. The chia seeds were also disappointing — they seemed to contain grit or sand and had a bitter taste. Even after soaking the chia seeds for around 10 hours, some of them still did not soften or absorb the water properly. Unfortunately, based on the quality I received, I would not buy these products again.

I placed a large order worth nearly £300, but only received the first parcel. The second box, containing the bulk of my items, went missing. I reported this immediately on day one, sent photographic evidence, and spent two full weeks chasing customer support to get my order delivered or resolved. The service has been dreadful, with zero proactive communication. To make matters worse, my request for a goodwill gesture/voucher to compensate for the major inconvenience and two-week delay was completely ignored. Instead of an actual resolution or apology, all I received was an automated email asking for a review. Extremely disappointing experience — I expect better from customer service.

I was very pleased with most of the items I received but very disappointed in The wild elephant with turmeric. I thought it would be a powder but the powder is absolutely rock solid. I had to break it up so I don’t think this is correct.

I did not have ‘Shop’, but the only way to track my order was to download that. Will think twice about ordering a second time although I am happy with the products I ordered and received. All apps take space on my phone or iPad that space is valuable. Would also think twice as it appears that the mega rich own the company.

So this is the second time you've asked for a review when I've already left one. Hence the 1 star. Why do you use Amazon delivery? I refuse to give my money to these fascist billionaires - but you don't seem to have any problems with it. I won't be using your service because you use Amazon delivery - you could use a company with better morals but you choose not to - hence the 1 star. Now don't ask me again for a review.
