My order was marked as delivered to our safe place, even though both me and my husband were in all day and nobody knocked or rang the doorbell. We went to check everyone, but nothing was left anywhere. Then, I received a message to say the delivery had been refused by the recipient, and so had been returned to sender! I'm. mot sure what has happened here, but i've tried contacting the delivery company and leaving a similar review but nothing has happened. I've not received any further notifications. . . but the money has been taken from my account and so I would like my items ASAP please!
