I wanted to share my experience regarding my order placed on May 23. Unfortunately, it wasn't delivered on time, so I reached out to customer support for assistance. They were very helpful and arranged a replacement, which I received on June 5. However, the delay was quite long, and in the meantime, I had to purchase some items from a local store at a higher price. While I appreciate that all the items were eventually delivered, I was hoping for a gesture of goodwill, like a discount, gift card, or a complimentary package of nuts, to acknowledge the inconvenience.
