I ordered a custom MahJongg set.. It arrived intact...and it was recieved in a timely fashion. My Original order was not available. The Where the Winds Blow Staff were very helpful with ordering a comparable set.

Love my pink sparkle tiles. Now, every time we play, I am asked to bring my tiles! They are so beautiful. Can’t say enough good things about them!

I am so happy with my new mah Jong set. When it first came i was sent the wrong racks but i contacted customer service and they responded right away and sent me the racks i ordered. I would highly recommend purchasing from them.

My only complaint is that no one read my note section on the order form. It was even highlighted on my receipt in the box. Will definitely use them again though. Love all their products!!!

The order was packaged very nicely, everything was in good shape when I received it. It came in a timely manner. And I really love what I purchased- racks without pushers so that I can use two to place Siamese Mahjong.

This is the second time I’ve ordered the brass end of a rack. I appreciate being able to still use my racks, one of the posts broke off and couldn’t use my pushers, this is the best resolution to my dilemma.

Very upset that your tracking info was inaccurate and all over the place. It said I Was to receive it on 3/11. Now it’s somewhere in Atlanta with no indication when it’s to arrive. Very disappointing that not only did i not get the racks I wanted but it took a very long time to hear it shipped.
