By far, Where the Winds Blow have the best mahjong tiles around! And the velour tote and tile bags are beautiful.

At first, they didn’t even answer my emails so I could return something. I called and she emailed me the return instructions. Then when I mailed it out and I emailed her the tracking number, someone else emailed me and told me I am not allowed to return something without first getting approval from someone at the company or they will not refund me. I told her I did, I filled out the online form and I spoke to someone on the phone. She said she was sorry and that someone didn’t put a note in my account stating I was returning the item. Then even after they received my return, and I can see they did because of the tracking number, it took forever to get my refund and when I emailed someone to ask about it, there was no reply. The reason I returned the mahjong that I got from them in the first place is because the color didn’t look the way it did online and one of the tiles was blue instead of mulberry. Not what I expected for an almost $300 Mahjong set.

Tiles arrived irregular Over 50 tiles were irregular I did not order irregular tiles. Trying to reach staff. Nobody calls me back. There are missed paint spots White spots black spots smudges I want perfect tiles hello. Please call me.
