I had written to you concerning above I removed The top piece of the bottle as I was using a tiny Piece of Kleenex or paper or something came out Of the bottle which would definitely clog the drops I used to own a ladies clothing store for 28 years I Would have wanted to know this😘

The package arrived in good condition. However, the Lit Up Highlight Stick had a small amount of product pushed out of the base, which slightly stained the cap, but it wasn’t a big issue. Once the product arrived in Mexico and was released by customs, it took 16 days to be delivered, so I do think this is an area that could be improved by using more reliable shipping carriers.

I use Westman almost exclusively. This item came and fell out of the tube. I’ve never had that happen. I wrote and sent a picture but didn’t hear back. The makeup itself is okay. I got the lightest shade as I have very fair skin and it hardly shows up. Very Atypical experience.
