Great coverage, but recommend leaving your moisturizer still wet if you have dry skin like me. That way it hydrates better.

They put so much effort into the packaging, I was so impressed by how beautifully wrapped every item in my order was along with a lovely note. It makes the customer feel special. Their products are exceptional and always must haves for me especially as someone who is acne prone/dry/textured skin. I have nothing but good things to say about this brand.

I like the informative video or two, but there is just too many videos with each product. I like to be informed about the purpose of the product, it’s application technique, a good and clear image of the color and it’s description, but don’t care for too many videos, we have YouTube and TikTok for that.

I am a loyal Westman Atelier customer and LOVE all of their products. However, the packaging of the liquid complexion drops is horrible. My 3rd bottle has gotten clogged after using it only for a month. I let it be known over email and I was not offered any kind of refund or exchange - only a 15% discount towards another product. I find this unacceptable.
