Quick shopping and beautiful packaging

I bought this both for myself and as a gift for a friend. It’s made of a waterproof material which minimizes the chance of both damage and wear and tear over time. The color and fabric combinations are well chosen. Much like the train case and the smaller pouch, this was a well thought out and designed case. I use it mainly for travel but it can be used for any purpose. Whether a gift for yourself or someone else, it will be both aesthetically pleasing and functional, and well appreciated!

The serum is very thick and sticky feeling and I would prefer something that blends better for day time use

I cannot review these products as I have never received them due to the company’s disastrous shipping and none existent customer service. Placed a large order twice - both times after 10 days it was never shipped. That’s over 1 month of wait time for absolutely nothing. So thank you!

I made a $380 purchase on NOVEMBER (yes November, not December) 25 which was supposed "shipped" on November 26. It never shipped. I contacted W-A multiple times regarding sending me my order, but all they ever got back to me was asking if I wanted it refunded or re-shipped. EVERY TIME, I SAID I WANT IT RE-SHIPPED. This NEVER happened. This $380 order was by far the largest order I ever made on the site. I purchased the items for SIGNIFICANT discount so I will not be able to re-purchase for anywhere near the same price. W-A says it "guarantees" delivery by Christmas if orders are prior to Dec 15. Well my order was NOVEMBER 25 and my biggest birthday present for my sister is ruined. I already have a rough relationship with her and this does not help. And now it's Christmas tomorrow - yay YOU - and still no one has sent me a replacement order. I cannot believe how unprofessional, disorganized and disreputable this company's behavior was. Zero apology, zero replacement, and the same questions again and again. YES I WANT THE ORDER REPLACED. And also under California law, given that you made a GUARANTEE on your website, Instagram, and in email, I am both entitled for my order and for my money back. I am so profoundly angry and disappointed with this expensive brand that I have trusted virtually since their founding. I did not deserve this rotten treatment. No one would have deserved this. I would give ZERO stars if it were an option.
