This is everything I had hoped it would be and more. The consistency is soft and comfortable, not heavy or tacky. It actually hyrdrates my lips when other formulas fall short. The color is sheer but doesn’t disappear over time, instead gently fading. I adore this (Glogg) and my first color (Bob), and reach for them exclusively. I don’t see myself retiring any of my other lipsticks or tinted balms for the foreseeable future.

Mixed bag: Lipstick stays on very well - for $50 a tube it should! The tube itself was not great. First tube: would not twist out lipstick. Replacement: The entire lipstick fell out of the tube when I opened the top. I pushed it back in and it works OK now. Lipstick this expensive should be flawless in all aspects.

I placed my order in February, and as of April, I still have not received it. I requested a refund, but the company will not issue one, and I am unsure how long I will need to wait to receive my money back. If an order takes longer than a month to arrive, customers should be eligible for a refund.

I love the Hydrobalm lipstick in Brique. It is so pretty. My only disappointment is that the refillable feature of the lipstick is unmet because refills are not yet available. The first Westman Atelier lipstick I bought I did not end up loving the color. But I figured I would hang on to it because it was refillable. Fast forward to today when I bought the beautiful Brique. I just wanted the refill but alas, it doesn't exist. I feel duped buying this lipstick. Usually I wouldn't go for so much packaging, especially a hunk of metal. Sad, now I have two. Do you recycle? Or do I just put it in the blue bin?
