Love it! The packaging is so nice and the products that I’ve tried so far don’t cause breakouts for my sensitive skin. I like that they last longer than a lot of the rms beauty products and they don’t dry out as quickly as the rms beauty products even though I live in a very dry desert climate. Amazing. These products (WA) seem more expensive at first glance, but given how long they last and the longer than usual PAO for “clean” products, it seems worth it.

love the color and the texture but the lipstick doesn't last long, especially for a matte.

Definitely soft and creamy but I don't think the color holds more than a couple hours. That's what I get for buying on a whim! Colors are nice however.

Total shoutout to customer service! I had an issue with faulty packaging on a recent lip stick purchase. I emailed customer service for support and received a response a few hours later. I sent in a few photos and a video showing the issue. They resolved my issue and sent me a new lipstick the SAME DAY! Customer service was amazing. Thank you!
