I’m a big fan of Westman Atelier — their products are amazing! But what really impressed me is their customer service. I had a small issue with a product, and they solved it right away. They were super kind and helpful. I already loved the products, but now I love the brand even more!

Wow- I can’t thank you enough for your amazing customer service! I’ve been a loyal Westman Atelier customer for over four years, and honestly, much of my makeup is WA. I accidentally hit “purchase” twice on the IV stick and missed the 30-day exchange window (first time ordering online - IV had been sold out at Nordstrom for awhile!). I was recently in-store and a visiting makeup artist matched me with shade III. Thank you so much for making an exception and sending it my way. Your quick and kind response really meant a lot. And I just have to say, your products are the best. The Activator, the bronzing drops, the Liquid Super Loaded (hoping that little ball gets added to that one soon!)… I could go on forever. Thanks again for being such a thoughtful brand- your customer service truly makes a difference. P. S. I cannot wait to grab the holiday lip kit- Elodie is gorgeous!

My daughter has used Westman Atelier and got me hooked. Every product that I have used has been perfect. I can tell a positive difference with how I look with this make-up. I feel like the make-up gives a more refined and beautiful finish.

everything rusted in two days Such a dissapointment in trays I bought two of them and the gold brush holder and I regret it so much because it's all rusted and they are NOT cheap
