Bought a decent amount of stuff over the years every order is ALWAYS on point customer service is beyond outstanding. Only encountered 1 issue with a fuse holder that I purchased through Amazon pretty sure it was bootleg after comparing it to one I got directly from the source 🤷🏼‍:male_sign:

This purchase was to replace an old DD1, while we had issues at border customs on the first package, WC car audio without hesitation sent a second DD1 UPS Priority and was here quickly and had me back up running just as quick. The SMD crew and WCCA family have the beast customer service around !

It was ordered to the Czech Republic. There was a small problem with customs in the Czech Republic, but after a few emails with the seller, everything was resolved. By mistake, the seller sent me an extra cable harness, which I hope to return. Otherwise, I am satisfied with everything. Be it the delivery, the condition of the goods, or the communication with the seller.
