Over a week ago I requested a return on my watch. I have yet to hear from ya'll.

They sent the wrong covers. i notified that i needed square ones. No response.

Thank you for safely delivering my Wavwatch. I love ❤️ it. I was able to sleep well last night after setting my wavwatch on sleep. I work 3 12s Noc shift so I believe this will help me sleep better in day. Thank you!

Great product well made fits the purpose in works amazingly.

My watch suddenly went dead last night. Wont charge wont do anything.

So far the Wavwatch has helped with headaches. Haven't really seen any improvement in sleep. Some pain relief. I'm still open to giving this product more time to see if it works as advertised. The customer service is really good

I received a duplicate order of my watch. Connected with WavWatch, and received a label to mail it back. I mailed it back within the next day or two. Amy was very helpful and explained what happened.

I found it difficult to navigate through the website to find what I was looking for. I also tried to find a way to contact a person because I’m struggling with a reaction to the watch and wanted help. I still haven’t hear. I will likely have to return the watch since I haven’t been responded to. I like the concept but have yet to see any improvement. I did however find how to return it. We’ll see how that goes

I am very happy with the customer service I have received while shopping at WavWatch. I was glad to be able to track the delivery process, and then my WavWatch parcel was delivered right to my door. It is beautifully packaged, too. I purchased this WavWatch for my daughter to use, and she has been wearing it every day, trying different frequencies to see what makes a difference to her health. Just need more info about what the frequencies do a which one work good together. When you see results, etc

I am very disappointed that there is not some sort of manual to help navigate using the watch. I have yet to get more than 10 hours out of a charge on my watch and wonder if there is a better description of how to use this

Hello! After calling with a question regarding the advertised discount when using an HSA card as payment, I ended up ordering online. The watch arrived 3 days later and after reading quick links and getting comfortable with its workings, I seriously began to use it the past two days. Imagine my surprise though, when a second watch arrived the day right after the first one came as well as an email about 18 free watches being sent out. I hadn't entered a contest, but I hadn't ordered the second watch nor was I charged for it, monitoring my credit card statement for several days to be sure. I figured if I really did win it or if I could keep it, I would give it to my daughter who has quite a number of health issues and does not have the money to buy one. Please advise. So back to the wearing of the frequency watch, I completed the FirstWav and am starting to experiment with specific frequency sets that I've marked on a piece of paper with priorities highlighted. My knees that probably have cartilage problems are feeling better after the work day. Am excited to feel many differences, how long they'll last, if over time conditions will greatly improve. . . ? Yes, looking forward to daily progress and continuing on the road to wellness. Thank you for this technology that I looked forward to for the future, and am very glad that future is here!

Hey there, So, I'm on that major learning curve. I think I'm trying to make it harder than it really is so I watch the videos when I have time to get myself familiar with all the settings. I have been using the sleep mode with good success. I wake up feeling better like I actually have a bit more energy for my day. I'm 67 and have been practicing holistic and naturopathic practices all my adult life, this fits in very well. I look forward to learning more. THANK YOU :)
