Helped with repair of original watch(it works perfectly now) and helped with two subsequent purchases of the 2. 0 watch. Customer service goes above and beyond to help with all issues. Great company!

So far when my watch works I like it. I’m charging issues so hopefully it can be fixed.

Their service, attention and care for the needs of people has overwhelmed my expectations. I know that WAVwatch works. I have experienced a number of health improvements using the WAVwatch. Also, for animals. A kitten I have was diagnosed with Mega Colon and would always be a special-needs cat if he lived. He is well and active living in the barn with his litter mates and not having any problems. Calling WAVwatch to order for each of my boys who both have health needs, one more severe, Steve walked me through the process - I was rather "rattled" at the time, but we got it done. I told my boys not to expect it for maybe 3 weeks - but it was shipped and was delivered within the same week. I know it works and I'm thankful for the WAVwatch product, their service and humanity.

Customer service was excellent. Delivery was slow. It could have been that I was anxious for my new watch but it seemed like it took forever. I love my watch. Use it all the time.

To be honest, I have been wearing it practically non stop for two weeks and I really do not notice any change. How do I go about returning and getting a refund?

I stand amazed! Literally! Been having tremendous pain in my body and joints for over a year and have been at my wits end with pain and pills until now. I have used other frequency devices before but A friend shared WavWatch with me and it’s truly astonishing that I have only been wearing it just 5 days and I have not taken pain meds after the first two days use now at day 5 I have more mobility and my pain is 95% gone! I’m so impressed by its ability to retrain my body and am looking forward to using all of its frequencies to balance out my body. Nothing has ever been this effective for me. I’ve even lost 5 lbs because I used the metabolism one:) cannot wait to share it with friends and family!

I am very underwhelmed with what was supposed to be a wonderful creation. This 18-hour watch has to be charged every 8 hours. The last two or three charges the charger has needed a lot of tries before it actually would start charging. So evidently the cord is faulty. I haven't noticed anything changed from the watches frequencies except for one thing. While I am wearing the watch I have less neuropathy in my hands. I am thankful for that. But I'm not really $700 worth of thankfulness.

Received the watch, had a hard time understanding the man on the video. I called and a very nice lady helped me set up the watch. It worked well for a week, now it will not even turn on. I noticed my "new" watch did not have a protective cover over the face of it, and it seemed scuffed up a bit. Is it possible that I have a used watch? I would like to return it for a new one. This is still new to me. I can tell you that I have been getting the best sleep that I have had in years. you can feel changes in your body taking place, I will know more in days to come. So far I like it a lot .

I am wearing my watch and receiving many topics to try. I don’t notice any changes. I don’t want to rate it until I get more instructions on how to use it.

My watch stopped working after 13 days. I was working in my garage and yhe weather was super hot. It was in a humid garage and I was sweaty. But not enough seeat to flood the watch. It was just super humid.

I ordered my WAVwatch 2. 0 with no problems and it was delivered within a week in perfect condition.

I would like to have links to the pages so that I can learn what each routine is doing rather than run them on blind faith. I am still experimenting with the watch, and any attempts at your websites are very frustrating.
