Can’t give a review yet. I’ve got to figure out how to keep the watch from switching to a new program

Delivery was fast! I received my watch in 3 days. Customer service is quick to respond to any questions I have about the watch. So far, everything is going good!

The WAVWatch crew shipped my watch so quickly! It arrived in only 3 days. I love the look of the 2. 0 watch, how long the battery charge lasts and the simplification of the preset folders and playlists.

I wrote to you last night and have not gotten a response yet for my request for a new watch; I have used it for a week and have only had problems with it. The home button still does not work with way I have seen other watches work (it doesnt open to the home page or show the battery level), and then when it did, I had worn it all day and showed 100% on the battery charge. Was it working at all during the time I was wearing it? I think not! Please address my concerns. Thank you

I have not received the WAVwatch as of today. When I click on the tracking number it just says "on the way" A friend recommended this watch and said she got hers when in a week.

I have been having trouble staying asleep for months. Since purchasing the WAVwatch, I have been sleeping through the night, rarely waking up anymore. I highly recommend WAVwatch because it has a lot of different features to improve your health.

Still trying to learn how to navigate my Wav watch. So far I’m impressed!

The watch is more helpful than I expected. My spirits are better. A 4 year old shoulder injury is now fully flexible. I have serious digestive issues and they have lessened in intensity. This watch is an important piece of the puzzle to getting healthier. I dislike having to take it off to recharge it. Blessings to all who made it possible,

I have received the watch. Buttons didn’t work so I’ve tried to return the watch for warranty. Problem is if you’re outside the USA returns are very difficult. I’m still in the process & have to resend again at my own expense due to my town not having an ups office or depot to return through. I purchased the watch 2 months ago. Frustrated

When I purchased this, I noticed that complaints about not being able to charge it were being downplayed. When you connect the charging cord, it should immediately start charging and it doesn't. I have to fiddle with it and turn it off and on and finally it will connect. If you are sleeping with it on, you have to be very careful, because if it looses all its power, it will not charge again. I have had the power cord on for an hour. It's not charging because the unit is not on. When I turn it on, it says "Low Power-Please Recharge" and then turns off. I have done this at lease 50 times and it doesn't work. I have had this device for 1 month and it looks like I have wasted $600. Your customers shouldn't have to purchase additional insurance for the product. It should work! I am disappointed.

The online store and delivery were perfect. I haven't needed to use customer service, but I expect that it will be fantastic. Thank you for a incredible and wonderful product. My WAVwatch 2. 0 with the preset therapies are working well for my issues. I also love the magnetic connection for recharging the watch. I'm finding that I have to charge 3 times a day as I'm using it as much as I can throughout the day and while I sleep.
