Working great.

Much improved signal strength. I wish it was better but I have received a much improved signal.

Great product.

The white form quad mini one of the best units we’ve ever installed here at Lightspeed Internet. We installed quite a few of these units. We have great results with our upload and download speeds. You will not be disappointed. If you don’t have this unit now. Don’t wait order it now for the full potential of your Internet experience.

Outstanding improvement! Indoors without the antenna I was getting 60-120Mbps download and marginal pings and uploads with the TMO-G4AR from T-Mobile. Experimenting with the quadmini indoors did not give me a noticeable download speed improvement, although ping and upload improved. I first walked around outside with an extension cable, antenna, and a laptop, checking my speeds. I then got smarter and used the root app (highly recommended). I am rural in a flat area and 2. 7 miles from the cell tower. I also verified my tower location and direction. The root app gave me my best location, which was under the eve. I attached the antenna to the gutter downspout with zip ties. Unfortunately, it still did not consistently improve my download speed. It wasn't until I moved the antenna to the other side of the house that I saw a speed improvement. So, even though the root app showed a poorer signal after moving, I was getting faster downloads. Maybe there was interference. This was all on the n41 band (I was unsuccessful in getting it to stay on the n71 band for testing). I was now getting 80-240Mbps download. I then read on the Waveform website that for some it worked better to switch the number 2 and 3 antenna cables. I tried this, and am now getting 100-310Mbps! Also a 2-4 times improvement in pings and upload. I couldn't be happier.

Doing God's work

An unbelievable, smooth, easy transaction. Fast shipping! Delivered as promised! Our life has changed since we’ve added this to our Internet! An incredible device! We actually got way more out of it than we ever expected!

I installed the 4x4 antenna in my attack and signal strength when from 1 bar to 3 on my t-mobile 5Gar modem, allowing me to stream movies. I have 4 more ports on modem, but the first four will do.

So far, everything seems great. Thank you!

Works great

I had been researching this antenna for a while before pulling the trigger but I’m glad I finally did. Overall this was a super easy install and my performance went up ~5x on download and ~10x on upload. I’m extremely happy with this antenna and it kept me from returning my T-Mobile internet. Thanks Waveform!

Great service and product.

Great product. Need some tuning but works great if you put in the elbow grease. Shipped fast.

Greattttt

Boosted my signal significantly thank you!

Excellent definitely love it would stand by this company 👍

Geographically, where I live has very poor signal. Also my house has no copper or fiber availability for phone or internet services. I tried other service providers for internet. Their salespeople would assure me they could provide signal but in reality, they couldn’t. I even had a hard time getting phone service. So I purchased a Quad Mini antenna and I tried the Waveform modem with little to no hope that it would work given my experience with the other folks. However, happily I’ve been surprised by how well it is working. I’ve been particularly impressed with their technical support. Every interaction with them has been great. And more often than not Tech Support has reached out to me because they have been monitoring my service and made adjustments to improve connectivity and signal strength before I even noticed there was an issue. I’m in my third or four month using Waveform services and so far I am very happy.

My ATT air was getting maybe 15-30 down. Just adding that antenna boosted it to 300 down. I haven’t even mounted it outside yet and it’s already functionally better than the OEM router.

I live in a metropolitan area and use a G4AR gateway. Without the QuadMini external antenna, my signal would fluctuate from great to poor, which often caused streaming content on my TV to buffer. My download speeds were always strong, but upload speeds suffered, and both upload and download latency were consistently poor. I installed the QuadMini using the included suction cups and mounted it in a window (which unfortunately faces away from the tower). While I can’t quantify the exact improvement with numbers, the difference has been very noticeable. I no longer experience buffering when streaming, my upload speeds have improved, and both upload and download latency have improved dramatically. Installation was extremely simple. The antenna was well worth the money and saved me from having to switch internet providers.
