Nice product. Works well. The joining seams are hard to line up. Just use plenty of caulk

I like the way it was packaged each individual item at its own package. And only took about three days for my package to get here after it was shipped. That was great. The only other thing I can say is that when you’re putting the pieces down, don’t push down too hard. You’ll squeeze out the glue which I did on one of them had to redo it. The water settles in one spot if you notice in the picture, I dug a trench, so both things could come to that area

2nd time purchasing. Didn’t receive the extra drain chute i bought and was shorted 1 adhesive tube. On the other hand, the delivery was quick

Excellent solution to my problem. After I got the first few sections in everything went quickly. I did this by myself so the sections are a good, managable sized for one person. Everything is packed well. The Instructions are clear and the shipping time was fast. Very satisfied!

I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to find the exact down spout replacement system because I ran over it with my lawnmower. Luckily, after much research, I found your company and you had the exact pieces that I ruined.

Underground downspouts have worked great now for two years. I backed up up with my lawn tractor and tore up the cap. Will only go over them forward from now on haha! Must be more suction on my lawn tractor in reverse oops. Was easy to order a replacement. Shipping is expensive but glad to have the right parts!

Basement waterproofing system installation and configuration tools on the website are very well done. It was easy to calculate what I needed but I didn't realize I needed to add the part to run it to the sump hole. I was able to create my own with PVC pipe cut in half. The system was easy to install despite water still seeping from weep holes. the glue works well but was messier than I expected. The fact that it is not water soluble makes it perfect on damp surfaces. I improved after working with it a while. I would recommend vinyl or nitrile gloves. Very pleased with system and how it performs at this point. Inside corners were perhaps the most difficult aspect of the installation in my situation.
