I couldn’t be more pleased with Waterproof. com. It’s not very often anymore where a company under promises and over delivers but this company does!! Their website is easy to navigate and they have short delivery times. The installation is easy and the results were excellent. An inexpensive solution to what could have been a very costly situation.

Nice product. Works well. The joining seams are hard to line up. Just use plenty of caulk

I like the way it was packaged each individual item at its own package. And only took about three days for my package to get here after it was shipped. That was great. The only other thing I can say is that when you’re putting the pieces down, don’t push down too hard. You’ll squeeze out the glue which I did on one of them had to redo it. The water settles in one spot if you notice in the picture, I dug a trench, so both things could come to that area

2nd time purchasing. Didn’t receive the extra drain chute i bought and was shorted 1 adhesive tube. On the other hand, the delivery was quick

Website is easy, and products are okay for unfinished DIY, but not a great fit or finish.

Worked great, nothing like their product at any of the box stores!
