Very pleased, very prompt delivery with good product

Item arrived quickly enough but sadly missing parts, messaged and they said we will send out the missing bits. Bag of nuts and bolts arrived few days later, sadly they were wrong as well and messaged again, reply came back sorry will go to warehouse and find correct bits you need, sadly 3 days later still no response or correct parts. Can’t really leave a 5 star for something that’s not complete.

The products are very good however, whenever I want to order more stuff it always seems it’s out of stock which is quite annoying when you want to get on with a project

requested and paid for next day delivery, which didn't happen. You need to change your courier. Evri is unreliable. Yes, I did get the next day fee refunded, but that is beside the point. There was a reason I wanted the item the next day and not 4 (!) days later. . .

There was a minor issue with one product. (A cosmetic, manufacturing, issue). The customer service team have ben excellent and were able to resolve things satisfactorily.
