Ordering from this company and getting answers to basic questions was a frustrating experience from start to finish. The website is slow, clunky, and difficult to use. When I needed advice about products and connectors for my project, there was no option to speak to someone directly. Instead, I had to use the chat system, which took around two days to receive a response. Unfortunately, the information I was given was incorrect, resulting in me ordering the wrong items. Because of the poor advice, I ended up having to return around half of my order, causing unnecessary delays and inconvenience. For a company selling products, accurate and timely support is essential, and in my experience, they fell well short of expectations. I would recommend looking elsewhere, particularly if you need product guidance before ordering. Being able to speak to a knowledgeable person in real time would have saved a lot of time, hassle, and return costs. This company really needs to improve both its website performance and customer support.
