Very satisfied. Had nice bundle options. Was called same day when ordered by a friendly helpful employee concerning a few day delay for an out of stock digital heater. Decided to wait and entire order was received in 3-4 days. Excellent response and quality mattress, heater and heavy duty liner received.

Very quick service. Mattress arrived very fast, only 3 or 4 days.

Sales person was helpful. Order was complete and shipped quickly. The only issue was the fragility of the shipping box. It was split open on 2 edges and seemed too small to contain the contents.

All the quality of the products are extremely well. Prices are also extremely good. I think that the customer service was awesome. Delivery was actually really good. I’m glad it went the way it did. I would definitely recommend buying from them.
