Once we made our minds up, the ordering process was easy. We initially called customer service with a host of questions that were answered politely and without hesitation. They know their products. Our after hours online order was shipped next day, and the package arrived as estimated in a few days via UPS. All items were in the box, which was a little damaged, but overall intact. It was well worth watching ALL the videos on their web site that explain the wave motion and features of each mattress in their stock. They are very accurate and you will get what you order if you do so. We can highly recommend the Waterbed Outlet due to their informative website and excellent customer service.
