the mattress is very good quality - very happy with it. the only downside is the strong rubber smell but after two weeks it is slowly going away.

The shipment was quick and everything that was included had instructions making it easy to set up. Our youngest son ended up ordering a softside waterbed for himself within a week after seeing ours set up.
