Shipping to the US required a small, but acceptable, additional fee from US Customs. Wancher took great care in packaging my World Tree pen so that it arrived safely, with no damage at all. I would absolutely order direct from Wancher again.

The pen arrived in time, with good attention to detail.

The site is easy to navigate, although is a little sad to see many models discontinued, that gives the appearance of less options, even if that isn't the case. The wait was a little too long, but is understandable for a special nib. It was easy to follow up the delivery and it arrived without issues. My only issue was that I asked after the sale for a golden nib, and the polite customer service attendant agreed to make the change, but I received the original silver nib. The pen is good enough that I didn't mind.

Pen feels cheap plastic and price way way way way way to high then get charged another 30. 00 on top of the expensive price of the cheap pen very disappointing never again will I do business with them I feel they bought from china and shipped to me rip off !
