Absolutely incredible customer service from Vvivid Vinyls! Wrapping a carbon fiber hood is definitely on the harder side, but Sandy went completely out of her way to help me out. She emailed back and forth with me and sent over instructions and videos to guide me through installing the clear PPF on the hood. I also picked up the Vvivid+ light smoke headlight and taillight tint, and everything looks amazing. Sandy was super nice to email with and made a tough project so much easier. Thank you, Sandy!

Quality tape and customer service

Roll arrived in broken packaging and therefore the material arrived partially damaged. The material was damaged 25 ft deep into the roll but Vvivid only accepted to send a 10 ft replacement. I like the product, but I will not use Vvivid again in my installs due to bad customer service. They rather hangle with you for days than just getting it right.

Great customer service & shipping from VIVID! I’ve gotten essentially all of my startup tools from here and overall happy with everything as a new “diy” installed, I’m not a professional. I’ve enjoyed the ppf material & tools so far without any issues. Looking forward to wrapping all of my personal vehicle eventually!

Beautiful color and as a very inexperienced “wrapper” I feel like this material is overall pretty easy to work with. Almost finished up with my first full color change on my car and then doing my wife’s car the same color to match!
