What should have used one half of the pinto, 3 pints would have not been enough. Other brand being looked at. Not satisfied with this product.

I restored a 1979 Honda CB750 Limited. I stripped the tank and one side cover while the other side cover was stock. The Cherry Red base and final coat went down perfect. Good color and pigment. The base coat of the Bayard Brown seemed dark with little sparkle. The final Bayard top coat seemed dark and as I was adding coats it got darker. Almost had no clear to show the base glitter. After clear coats it was evedient the Bayard Brown was too dark and the original side cover was not close to the new spray coat except at the cherry red center color. I think the under coat was wrong as it had black with silver flakes making the top coat too dark.
