Incredible service, great communication, quick turn around on an exchange. Thank you 😊

Excellent like aleays

I had issues with returns and Sophia was incredibly helpful and sorted them all out. Unfortunately it’s not clear that FREE returns are only for US customers (regardless of whether you’re a VIX Insider) and for UK customers there is a fee!! I’m hoping that this will either change or be made clearer for UK customers in future but in the meantime I love my three new bikinis and look forward to buying more from VIX - great quality and fabulous designs! 🤗💕

Quick shipping, arrives earlier than promised. Great quality clothes
