This is a wonderful company. I have purchased several items. I loved all of them. There was one incident where an item had a defect and I contacted customer service. They were incredibly helpful, responsive and very thoughtful in their reply. They allowed me to return the product for inspection and gave me credit to use. It was very easy and stress-free. In a world of Little to minimal customer service, this is just an added reason that I will continue to purchase from this company. I rarely take time to write reviews, but I felt that this was over and above what I have seen many companies do.
