My experience is always 5 stars. The customer service is excellent. No matter the issue they always get back to you promptly and resolve the matter quickly and professionally. I have been shopping at Vix for over a decade and don’t plan on stopping. I love being a vip member. Would love to see more matching coverups. I feel in the past there was always at least 2 options besides a matching sarong. Short and long caftans are always the best, they add an elegance to the suit and make it easy to walk around high end resorts that have restrictions on what is appropriate in certain areas of the hotel .

I had to exchange a biquini top that ended up being too small. The process was fast and easy. I highly recommend this brand.
