As a follow up on my review on November 27th for the Vitruvi Cloud Humidifier that stopped working completely, which prevented me from using these filters as intended. I received a response on December 1st suggesting I email the team, but I have not heard back since I emailed them and I’m concerned about the lack of resolution. This experience does not align with the level of service I would expect from Vitruvi, and it creates the impression that negative feedback is not being addressed. I would appreciate an update on the status of my issue and any steps that can be taken to resolve it, including support or replacement options if applicable as I had emailed them the exact same day of the response. I also had followed up on my original email where no response has yet been received. I can provide an update to filters once the original issue with the Cloud humidifier is resolved.

The smell was nice but it didn’t take long to give me a headache unfortunately. The lowest level is still quite powerful.

I made a remark online regarding the smell of one of the fragrances. The crew sent me a scent I prefer. Very much appreciated 😊

I'm so glad I found Vitruvi. The waterless diffuser is the perfect solution for home fragrance without the fuss of refilling the unit constantly. I turn it on the 4 hour setting when I get home from work and enjoy a beautifully scented home, as it carries all the way through out our second floor as well!
