The customer service I received from Vitruvi was fantastic! I had an issue with my machine; emailed them about it; sent the video they requested and not long after, a new humidifier was mailed out me! Most appreciated!

I had been wanting to try a waterless diffuser and so happy I made the switch! I love this little diffuser… it’s aesthetically pleasing and works perfectly!!

The gadget is well made and designed and seems to work very well. My only disappointment is with the scents. They really don't smell that great. Zest for life smells okay but the others I have tried have that fake cheap perfume smell

Loved all scents except Laundry which surprised us. Smelled like Raid. Also need separate stick for each scent.

Sadly you have to unplugged the device to stop de overflow of the scent. A On/off button would be nice. I tried the laundry and mint and vanilla scent who are both too much, fake scent and overwhelming. I love the water diffuser move such a different quality of product.
