I HAVE EMAILED AND CALLED AND LEFT MESSAGE AND NO ONE HAS RESPONDED. AM JUST TRYING TO FIND OUT IF A VIRTUE MINI BOARD WOULD WORK IN A MINI GS.
Don’t really know how the products are been waiting 22 days for my knee pads and haven’t seen any movement on the 2 cases of paintballs. I’d highly suggest a better shipping package for your products.
Gear bag was great. However I have the Vio Acsend mask and the lens are defective and they are still pretty new to me. So it's a hit and miss, some products are nice and look good but quality lacks sometimes

Bought a new CTRL hopper and had an issue out of the box with a bad board. Emailed customer support and explained the issue and after a frustrating 2 weeks of back and forth emails finally was sent a discount code for a new board. So what could have been a 10 minute phone call took 2 weeks of receiving only one email per day from customer service. On top of that I still had to pay for shipping for the new board and wait another week to get it. Very frustrated with your customer service.

Shipping is terrible. Made my order and did not receive my items for at least 10 days and was missing one of the items that I was told was in stock can only assume it ran out in the 10 days it took to ship. Customer response is not got some times I get a call back but most of the time not same with emails.
A+ transaction, had a issue ordering so I reached out to support and they made things happen. I'm one happy customer will buy from again soon.
The continued extra added fees has been disappointing and has deterred me from ordering more products recently.
Working with Eric has been great, very knowledgeable regarding product and marketing. He has been extremely helpful, especially when we are a new park and pro shop. He's great at communicating specials and what's new that I should be considering.

I appreciate how Virtue in my experience has always taken care of me as a player. The support staff at events have taken the time to explain an answer question I have had regarding new releases of product and their performance. This has given what I consider a competitive advantage as I have played with teammates with competitors equipment and after seeing the efficiency and quality of Virtue gear and equipment they have switched over to Virtue. I also appreciate the program where Virtue provides a discount to their registered players, especially those of us who are not on pro level status. Virtue continues to provide support to its players and customers. I for one has not been enticed to try competitors’ equipment or latest fad as I know the dependability and reliability Virtue has and continues to provide. I hope Virtue continues to value me as a player as I continue my journey in my paintball career. I also enjoy share my equipment with new younger players at local fields as a way to give back to Virtue and get the new players to understand the importance of Virtue’s quality over possible cheaper competitors’ equipment.

I ordered a lid, then received an email that the part is out of stock and discontinued. Virtue did offer a coupon, but I really don't want to spend that much on a new hopper.
This loader is amazing. I never get ball breaks or jams. It is super easy to breakdown to clean or change batteries. And speaking of batteries it is extremely efficient on usage. I highly recommend this for every level of player.
