I have no choose but to leave a negative review and quite frankly I would rather have the option to give negative stars! This company had robbed me from my money and does not care about it what so ever. You would think if someone purchased the ORIGINAL product that they would be grandfathered in if the company notices defects on their products. Instead they managed to complete stop selling parts for the equipment I spent my hard earned money on! And now I’m stuck with a non functional loader because of a $10 part that THEY decided they aren’t going to sell anymore. SCAM SCAM SCAM

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! I purchased a brand new spire 260 and the back shell is made from cheap plastic so it cracked. I emailed the customer service department and Ben W. Wrote back to me saying sadly they do not make that part anymore nor do they stock it. So basically I have a $300 VIRTUE loader paperweight. I wish I would have invested my money into a different company that actually takes care of their customers and professional paintball players.

I need to make a return. I got no answer.

I don't know how/why people rave about their "customer service". I've not had a good experience thus far. Initially response was quick, then as soon as I sent my loader in for repair, i was lucky if I got an update a month later. It's now been 5 MONTHS still nothing and I believe my emails just go to spam. I've been dealing with Ben Williams. If anyone else from Virtue sees this PLEASE contact me asap. I'd really like to complete what should have been a simple transaction.

Virtue's customer service was amazing. I had an issue with a broken power button and they shipped me a new board in less than a week and gave me instruction to install in.
