Honestly, i aksed for some help about the paintball pants. I feel like it was shoved in my face that it was my fault they are falling apart. I followed the cleaning directions and they still fell apart after the second wash. This experiance makes me what to second guess buying anything else from Bunker Kings.

It took 2 weeks to get what I ordered and didn't know who was shipping it and the shipping tracker was very wrong it said it was delivered and it took another 7 days till I got

Ordered paint 2 weeks ago and it never shipped. I paid and haven't heard a word from virtue. I emailed them and was told my order would ship. Never shipped, no word for virtue but they took my money.

So my ir had an issue wouldnt spin I emailed them that day Luke reached out to me via email and told me the cause and sent me a link right to the product that he said the issue was I received it put in the new part and was good to go! I have just started getting back into paintball after a 12 year break. Virtue was a good company back then and they still produce great products today although not boards for markers but many other items. I have made 2 orders in the last month and service has been great and product order has been in stock. The only issue has been shipping time. Sometimes when I have ordered it took 2 weeks to receive shipment. but be mindful they are a small business and the attend major events for support. Great customer service and quick email response when needed. I will continue to order from Virtue.

Your products sell well. I just always forget to order and then another sales rep from Gi or Dye calls and I order their stuff. It gets in and sits and I always tell myself once this stuff sells I need to get more virtue stuff back in.

Virtue/ Bunkerkings run a tight ship. Their products are high quality and built to last. Their customer service is exceptional, with fast response times to inquiries via email and they genuinely take the time out of their busy day to answer your questions thoroughly. Orders are packaged with care so that everything survives the shipping journey undamaged. I couldn’t be a happier customer.

Very disappointed in getting order number 27518 fulfilled and sent to the customer.

Ordered 12 cases of paint. 3 came damaged. One case crushed and unusable. Customer service gave a generic answer then ignored my emails. I wont be ordering from virtue again. Paint that came undamaged shoots great but if you think its a good deal consider a quarter will be unusable. Not worth it.

He answered my question, response time could be better as well trying to help the customer resolve their issue rather just answering their question....

Great quality, every product meets or exceeds expectations!

I ordered 4 cases of Virtue paint during a sale. The shipping was slow, it took 10 days before receiving 2 cases then 13 total days before the other 2 cases arrived. The paintballs were in great condition no damage to boxes and no broken paintballs in any of the bags. The paint flies straight but the fill is hard to see when it breaks (orange). It is a better paint for rec or practice play. Shoots good out of a M98, autococker and MiniMag. Would I buy again? Yes, just don’t depend on the paintballs arriving if you want to play in 3-5 days.
