i never spoke with anyone at Vionic shoes the shipping was quick

All aspects of ordering from Vionic was very easy. I'm very happy with their customer service.

Shipping takes a little longer than most items I order on line. Worth the wait.

Shoes arrived quickly. Ordering, shipping and return process was easy. I do resent the return fee given the price of the shoes and the fact that there was no physical store to try the shoes on. If I am to take a chance on online shopping it shouldn’t cost me anything. That will keep me from testing other options

I have ordered from VIONIC Canada two times. Both times my footwear shipped quickly with no issues. I have paid shipping as I don't want to order too many shoes and end up sending them back or keeping final sale as I was initially unsure of the fit. That being said, shipping is reasonable and I have a better grasp on the sizing and how well they suit my feet now. I appreciate their shipping and return policies and have no doubt I will order more in the future.

Usually fit perfectly right out of the box with the exception of the black sling backs I recently returned . Too narrow and therefor tight

Love Vionic shoes and the shoe itself fits great. The colour isn't really cherry though, more pink than red so won't go with anything I own so will probably give them to my friend who is the same size
