Customer service is good, returning a pair of shoes was easy. I appreciate that they come in larger shoe sizes for women. I would like to see the shoes on the website ranked by support level as they are definitely not all equally supportive.

I bought these thinking they would have good support but I still have to put my orthotics in them. Ordered my size but they seem a little big. Gonna have to wear them anyways but would not order again.

Love the boots just had to remove the insoles. I replaced them with my orthotics, very comfortable perfect fit love that they are waterproof as I live on Vancouver Island in the rainforest area.
