Quick shipment! Thank you!

Excellent

The metatarsal arch is really great if you wear orthotics. I can wear these shoes without them because the arch support keeps my arch up straight and replaces the orthotic for short periods of time.

As usual, the shipping was right on time.

all good!

I wear a variety of Vionic footwear and always the same size. I found these Striders fit small. Exchanged for half size larger. I ended up returning because there was a defect in the foot bed. They still fit small. Would have exchanged again for a full size larger than my normal but all sizes were gone. The Strider looks great and seems to be well made. I have not replaced because my size isn’t available in any walking shoe that I like the look of. I would try again when new stock is available.

Excellent service, small stain on the show when received… Company gave me options to decide on returning or keeping.

Shipping was great, fast and notifications were send regularly. I had great experience.

Overall a good sneaker for city jaunts. They were not comfy straight over the box but after a few walks I warmed up to them. I sized up 1/2 a size but probably could've worn my normal size 9. Vionics are great for arch support which is why I prefer them. I wish there was more in-store variety available here in Nova Scotia because I mightve exchanged these for the Arabella sneaker but it took 2. 5 weeks to get these ones so not going to do that wait again.

Always a pleasure ordering from Vionic.

All good

Delivery took sometime, but the size 8 is too tight so I have to exchange it for 8. 5

Quick and prompt service

Always efficient

These didn’t fit, sent them back

Was sent the wrong size so did have to do a return on my part and wait for the correct size but it did arrive and fulfilled my expectations.

Easy to track shipping.

Vionic Shoes is a great company to order from online especially if you have an opportunity for free shipping if you don't have a minimum order to do so (ie promo code). I have had to return purchases occasionally due to size/fit but I find the $5 fee very reasonable. If customer service is required for whatever reason, they are phenomenal!!

Shipping and returns are good. I feel comfortable buying online because of this.

I'm quite satisfied but getting annoyed after to write on top on my favorable rating
