Have been a Vionic customer for years. Always happy with my purchases. Am disappointed Vionic no longer makes dressy shoes. I purchased sing back heels for my son’s we’d last summer. Wore all day and got so many compliments. . My friends looked online and could not find dress shoes. They are right! I am disappointed as they are. Why did you discontinue?

I give a 4 star only because the warehouse sent me the wrong colour of slipper (as an aside, the colour names were extremely similar, so I could see how a mistake might be made by the pickers). When I requested an exchange, they were very prompt to send the new ones out, but sent the same wrong colour again!. Submitted an exchange again - after I left a voice mail and sent emails noting I had received the wrong colour twice and suggesting that someone check the shelves to find out if the colour I wanted was even in stock and to make sure that the correct ones were sent to me this time. I received an email from Lope very promptly with apologies and an assurance they would personally check that the correct slippers were in stock and sent to me.
