Excellent I’ll re order for sure

The reason I guve them 1 Star is because of their after purchase customer service. I was very happy with their prices and in stock selection with the 20% off sale in progress. Delivery time, ~ 4 or 3, could use improvement. The minimum amount for free delivery is quite reasoable. However. I was shorted the "free" item even though it is listed on the Invoice and sent some cheesy shaker cup instead. They have not yet acknowledged even receiving my reply. The least they could do is have an automatic "received" reply. I'm going to have to waste more time trying a phone call. Other than the no reply issue I would have given them a 4 or 5 star.

Since you have switched to dragonfly delivery, and not CPost delivery is much faster! If there is a problem with a product they fix it quickly. Thanks for everything Village vitamin!

Excellent service. The first shipment was damaged during the shipping process. I called the store (where a real person answered) and was offered that a new shipment be forwarded. The person call me back the following morning to confirm that the new shipment was on its way. Thank you!
