Horrible Customer Service. Very Disappointing
What I asked for didn’t get the right stuff, dealing with your Erin Mills location till it closed down in person with Ilam for few years never had any issues. Very disappointed, no body in person even called me once in spite of me mentioning in my email, who is the person I’m interacting with, horrible customer service.

Shopify pulling down your rating
Shopify is a huge problem. Your store was good before going with Shopify. I have had so many problems signing in with shopify that I hate to place my order. Then the next time Shopify let me into my account/your website without entering my password or a verify code. I just punched in my email address and I was in. Does that sound secure to you? Because it doesn't to me. You guys should save your money and drop Shopify. You get two stars because I still believe in your store. But drop Shopify because it is pulling you down. I do not feel safe using your Shopify.
