Love making one-pan meals with this. It's big enough to just keep throwing ingredients in. Also good that I can use in the oven too. I love the gently sloped sides this has, it's great for stir frying.

This 12 inch skillet is amazing!!!
This is by far one of my favorite cast iron skillets. I am a collector and it definitely my number 1 choice right now. Not heavy for the size and beautiful design and craftsmanship. What makes a very special to me is the fact that it's made where my family is from, colombia!!

I am a big cast iron collector. I have many brands and this is probably in my top 3. Close to be my number 1. I really love it. And the fact that it was made in the country my family is from makes it very special to me.

The first attractive superior cast iron.
I have always thought of cast iron as heavy and somewhat ugly. My opinion totally changed when I found these beautiful pots and pans. That would have been enough but then I learned of the lighter weight and improved durability. I used to hide my cast iron pans. Now I actually want to display these. Great job guys!

Amazing cast iron next level
We have been using cast iron for over 15 years almost exclusively in our cooking. We discovered the signature series a year ago. We have the 10 and 12 inch skillet as well as the Dutch oven. The heat seems to be more even than with our other pans. They handle high heat well, are light and beautiful. Long time friends have made many comments on how elegant they look. We will be getting more in the future!

Best cast iron pan I own!
First I bought the 12”, and loved it so much, then I bought the 10”! The bottom cooking surface is extraordinary, so smooth and easy to cook on, especially my over-easy eggs…. these pans cook them to perfection! And, the handle never gets hot (I’ve burned myself so many times on cast iron handles, so this is revolutionary technology! This series is spectacular and if they made an 8” and 6” skillet I would buy them immediately! Don’t hesitate to- just buy it!

Fantastic pan! It’s the handle! It is longer and stays cooler than any of my other cast iron pans and makes all the difference when cooking on the stove. I will definitely get some more pieces!
