Getting used to cleaning it but I love it
This is my first cast iron, so I am still learning how to properly care for it, but for now I am follinw the instruction booklet and things are going well. Beautiful piece!

After several meals, I can say handle is phenomenal, but need a lid. Cast iron rewards a steady preheat and a touch of oil. This pan is tough enough for camping or daily home use. It feels built for decades.

The stand-out feature is heat retention. Compared with my stainless set, this pan browns deeper, keeps food warm off heat, and feels rock solid. Seasoning has improved week by week, and sticking has dropped as the surface smooths.
