Ordered a granite vanity top with offset sink and a new Anzzi faucet. Customer service was excellent with clear and timely updates. Shipping was fast and well packaged. The price of the sink was $90.00 or more lower than anyone else (that had it in stock at the time). Then they gave me 5% off and free shipping. Big box store prices with home town service. I came across this company Vevano Home by chance on Facebook. It was fate as I was searching local plumbing stores for a Toto sink and faucet for a bathroom renovation. I was amazed and pleased by Vevano’s incredible prices.. a savings of over $200, plus free shipping! Concerned about delivery time, I was assured that the items would arrive within 6 days. Well, they did better than that.. the order was processed on the day I ordered and delivered 2 days later! Also they provide great customer service... assured me that in case of damage they would replace or refund . So the Toto Aquia IV washlet + I got from them is not so easy to find online, and it is a fairly pricey item. They pretty much have the entire Toto catalog available. They gave me an absolutely smoking price. Shipping was very smooth and the guy even asked me to inspect the toilet before leaving (I was going to ask to but he beat me to it). If you know what you want they will get it to you promptly and in one piece, and save you a pile of money.

Mr. Matthews, This might be to long winded but my wife and I first bought our toilet from a home improvement store. When our designer daughter saw it, it was returned immediately.
