The toilet arrived damaged on Tuesday around 6 pm. I emailed customer service the same day to report the damaged item. A replacement arrived Friday the same week. With their excellent customer service, I ended up ordering one more toilet.

Vevano had the Franke composite sink I wanted at a much better price than anywhere else. Amazon reviews showed a huge percentage of these to arrive broken. Sure enough my first sink from Vevano arrived broken. We opened it in front of the UPS Driver and rejected delivery. Vevano shipped us a replacement right away and it arrived perfectly. Purchasing the sink, communicating with them via online chat and email was a pleasure. I would buy from Vevano again absolutely!

It is a fun, easy, and cheaper way to buy those things you need to make your home exactly how you always wanted it. I am so excited to have discovered them, and the next thing I want to try is working with one of their consultant/designers. After chatting with their customer service team, I am looking forward to seeing what their consultants can do! I was so impressed how they shipped out the heavy toilets and did so quickly and packed so securely it was quite something to behold.

This company has provided the absolute best customer service! I ordered 5 toilets that were not in stock, and they kept me apprised of the EOA throughout the process and during Covid delays. One arrived broken, and they replaced it promptly and without issue! Incredibly happy with the products and the service. Couldn’t be better! Excellent.
