The delivery man was very accommodating and did a nice job of making sure that the piece was not damaged. Thank you for trying to save the time and hassle if it had to be returned. It was in perfect shape and we are now enjoying it in our dining room.

Vevano was fully up to my expectations regarding an expensive garden tub I purchased. The tub, shipping, and interactions with staff were all above my expectations. The staff was professional, polite, and honest. They helped me deal with a particularly difficult (& expensive) product & shipping issue and resolved it to my satisfaction. They were responsive to all my calls and email questions. I highly recommend Vevano!

I only discovered Vevano during our latest renovation, and I have been so impressed. This company does what it says and delivers promptly. When I had two problems, customer service was incredibly helpful and very courteous and caring. They went above and beyond to help with my problem each time and acted very quickly. Purchased a 1.2 gal /flush Toto and soft close lid. The bottom of the bowel was severely damaged when I opened it (broke in 8-10 pieces ) Emailed Vevano late Friday evening , with pictures. They responded Sunday afternoon, asking if I wanted a refund , or a replacement. Requested a replacement bottom, as the tank and lid where in good condition. They followed up literally daily with updates, thanking me for my patience . The replacement bowel arrived Thursday afternoon, in excellent conditions. Responded how impressed I was the way the situation was handled . The damage was obviously done in transit (UPS ) . Am completely satisfied the way the handle the entire situation. Would highly recommend them. They know how to do customer service, and their price was very competitive .

Sammy was so easy to deal with and really went out of his way to make sure I not only got the best price, but the best experience. I was so happy with the order and product, that I called a few weeks later and ordered that same thing for my other bathroom.
