Went to buy a chair, ordered the chair, then 24 hours later I get an email saying the color I wanted wasn't in stock and to choose a different color, different model, or wait and that my money was being used as a 'preorder.' No, I want what I was led to believe was available or my money back. Since asking for my money back, it's been a complete nightmare because the first person didn't do their job. 5 days later, I get another person who says they'll take care of it and it'll take 3-5 business days. Bull. It's already been that long and I still don't have my money and I will NEVER do business with Vertagear again.

After a year and a half into having my Vertagear chair the metal housing on the base cracked, I filled out their RMA application requesting a warranty replacement as the housing is covered for 5 years and they sent me a new one, no questions asked! Awesome service, warrany and RMA department!

It would be nice if you guys could ship my chair eventually.

I purchased this chair as a gift to my brother. I used the "chair picker" app on the site which was very helpful. Shopping was easy and shipping was very fast Received it in less than a week. After my brother opened his gift he immediately assembled it. He was very impressed with the quality of the allen wrench that came with the chair for assembly. It was high quality and not one of those little ones you'd get in cheap furniture. Assembly was the easiest we've had with an office/game chair and it took him about 20 minutes. A lot of it was very intuitive and the directions weren't needed much. He's had the chair for about a month now and its the most comfortable chair he's ever had. I highly recommend this chair as the quality, comfort, and ease of assembly is well worth it. But overall, the quality is truly impressive. I will not go to another chair again!

Ordered 2 weeks before Xmas and got it in time! Very easy to assemble, casters then hook on to main support and then adjust chair to your comfort.

We bought this chair for our 16 year old gamer son. He has been through many chairs and this one he says is absolutely amazing! So comfortable, tons of cushion options and he cant wait to get the RGB lighting! Best chair ever!

Had to replace my old desk chair since every time I sat in it, it would get lower and lower until my chin was touching the desk, might has well just sat on my knees with how low the chair was. I just love this gaming chair,(not a gamer, never have been, never will be, boomer who doesn't know how to play on line multiple player games.) Hubby bought the chair for a Christmas gift to replace said chair above, though I use it as a computer chair. Love every thing about it: the lumbar back support, the head rest, the adjustable are rest and adjustable seat. I would definitely buy a chair like this again.

I take the winter off so I needed the best to sit in my office.

This was a present for my son, after nearly a year of daily gaming use he said the chair is still awesome other than the armrests are peeling and rubbing his arms. Since the chair had a 2 yr warranty I reached out to Vertagear and in no time got a request for pics and order info. After a few days received both new arms! GREAT warranty and cust service (Jose) would definitely recommend their products.

I got the gaming chair in less than a week. the chair was super easy to put together and took less than half a hour. If you want a gaming chair, you should get chairs from them.
