chair arrived in great condition, colors look great, the backrest height is perfect & i haven't had any issues with the chair yet. loving it so far.

So far so good with the chair. My only complaint is the lumbar support pillow. On the chair page it showed the pillow having straps so you can set it and forget it but when mine arrived it didn't have anything like that. It is kind of frustrating to have to put it in place every time but it's not a game breaker. Otherwise the chair has been great and the Penta wheels I went with were well worth the $5 extra.

High quality...well made and very comfortable during long hours of play. I wish it would extend a bit further forward as I have lean back to rest my head and neck.

I was recently updating my PC gaming setup and started to look for a new gaming chair to go with the upgrade. I was shocked by the number of gaming chairs available on the market but more frustrated by how many were cheap and had poor reviews for build quality. I was looking for a chair with good reviews, comfort and design specs that I desired. The PL4500 kept appearing on lists of recommended chairs used in the gaming community and I decided to purchase it. The chair arrived quickly and was very easy to set up by watching the website videos. I am amazed with the build quality and design of the chair which is the most comfortable office/gaming chairs I have ever had.

Bought the Trigger 275 and have not looked back since. Absolutely love the chair and I'm still finding new things out about it.

Super comfortable. I have had mine for over a year now and would highly recommend getting one. It’s still in great shape and just as comfortable as a new one.

I would give 5 stars for durability but I give 4 stars due to no availability of a flip-up desk which I want but cannot find, and only 4 stars for comfort. It's not uncomfortable, still gets 4 stars, just not as comfortable as you would think a chair of this price would be.

I knee-jerk ordered a gaming chair over the holidays for my better half since she spends hours and hours at it. It arrived on time and assembled easily.
