Vertagear dont seem to honor their warranty anymore for my vertagear triigger 350SE

Never resolved my issue?

I bought a pl6000 in 09/2019, in 6 months the seams tore the leather of the seat and started to come apart, now with 18 months it broke the metal base with a 15 year warranty, I already sent 2 emails to latam and global support and I have not yet received a reply from the chair warranty

I couldn't have hoped for a better service. I've been able to have a military discount for being in the CAF, the customer service was super quick to answer my questions concerning stocks and the best chair I should buy. The shipping was fast although a little bit pricey (had to also pay for duty at the border), the chair is well packaged and easy to assemble with the tool in the box (great quality). The chair is really comfortable, it's great, no regret!

Bought a SL5000, I'm not a huge guy, 200 pounds, but I do sit in it every day as it is my work chair as well. After only 9 months of use, the center seam fabric is tearing away. For such a high price point I am thoroughly disappointed that its already fall apart.

I have an email thread that is still yet to be resolved after maybe 30 emails exchanged since 2019. It is for a replacement charger for their LED kit. I have been told to be patient and lied to about receiving compensation as well as way overdue shipping and return label dates. I’m about to give up and call my defective unit a $300 loss.

I got the SL2000 for my brother for Christmas and he absolutely loves it! And I got one for myself also. I would definitely recommend.

The vertagear trigger SE is really nice, confortable, the only problem was the time to deliver it.

Love my chair! Package shipped a little later than expected, but once it was here it was super easy to assemble. One of the comfiest desk chairs I've ever had - I can sit in it for hours doing work and have 0 back or neck problems. Awesome purchase!

My only wish is for the back pillow to be as simple to put on and take off the chair as the head pillow. I don't know if it would be possible to have straps permanently there, and then a mechanism connected to the pillow that would be relatively easy to clip on and off the straps and slides well, potentially even holding its position like in the current design.

Ordering was simple! Great pricing with promo code! Chair easily put together! Delivery held up one day by FedEx, but at least we were notified by Vertagear! The chair is amazing & my son loves the style, colors, extra pillows & comfort it provides!!!

Absolutely love the chair. I'm large in both size and weight (6ft 3in, 280lb) so I often have trouble with normal chairs. This is the best chair I've found so far for someone like me. Its comfortable, and the range of motion and adjust-ability is excellent.

The chair sits a bit higher than I'd like (even at its lowest setting). Other that that it is a very comfortable chair I sit in it for 8-10 hours a day and no tailbone pain like I was having with other chairs.
